My mission is to channel my energy and enthusiasm towards motivating others and making a difference.  I believe that life is too short to spend it doing something you don't enjoy and that great performance can also be fun! People, places and cultures inspire me and I hope I never stop learning.

I am a big picture leader with a track record of developing people and driving change, delivering both growth and profitability in online marketplaces and consumer products industry, and a champion of the drive to improve diversity and inclusion. I lead as a storyteller and in a nutshell I am a strategist, a catalyst and a coach.

INSPIRATIONS

Double Magpie

Double Magpie is my brand for inspiration, with a positive edge and enjoyment of the everyday stuff! Magpies to me, are very fascinating  and colourful birds - look up close and there is a lot more than black  and white. As the poem goes "1 for sorrow but 2 for joy" so a positive  pair to see, and as I grew up in Newcastle, there is not a more fitting a  bird. I take my inspiration from many sources other people, quotes,  pictures and of course my kids. I share them in the hope that at least  one person finds some of it inspiring too. Enjoy!
